Submit your Vessel Registration to the Port

Please complete the below fields; we appreciate your help in keeping our records current.

Please upload a PDF or image of your Vessel’s Registration Document (WN) OR Official Coast Guard Certificate of Documentation (if Federally Registered), which shows;

• Registered Owner Name
• Registration/USCG Number
• Vessel Model Information (Year, Make, Type)
• Registration/Document Expiration Date

**If your vessel is USCG Registered, you must submit a copy of the USCG Documentation**
