Submit your Insurance to the Port

Please complete the below fields; we appreciate your help in keeping our records up to date.

Using the form, you can upload a PDF or image of your insurance policy’s declaration page, which shows:

• Your name
• Liability coverage (minimum of $500K)
• Pollution/fuel spill coverage (minimum of $500K)
• Policy expiration date
• Insured boat information (make/model covered by the policy).
• Port of Edmonds listed as “Additional Insured”
  • If your tenancy started after January of 2018

Once completed, scroll all the way to the bottom and push the button labeled ‘submit’.
