2026 Moorage and Dry Storage rates went into effect January 1, 2026. The
Commission approved increase of 3.75% (CPI + 1%) is reflected on this statement. The
current rate schedule is available on our website portofedmonds.org/marina/rates/
Tenant Security Deposits have been adjusted to match the new 2026 base rates. This
adjustment will appear on your statement as a line-item reading; Deposit-Charge-
SECURITY DEPOSIT.

2026 Tenant Parking Permits are now available at the Marina Operations Office.
Please note that you must have a current insurance policy, valid registration
documents, and an up-to-date account balance to receive new permits. Your monthly
moorage or dry storage rate includes two parking permits per leased slip/space. To

Marina Operations: Most operational rates such as Travelift, boatyard, and launch fees
have changed effective January 1, 2026. Current Marina Operations rates are available
