2023 Moorage and Dry Storage rates went into effect January 1, 2023.  The Commission approved increase of 11.1% (CPI + 1%) is reflected on this statement.  The current rate schedule is available on our website portofedmonds.gov/marina/rates/

Tenant Security Deposits have been adjusted to match the new 2023 base rates. This adjustment will appear on your statement as a line-item reading; Deposit-Charge-SECURITY DEPOSIT.

2023 Tenant Parking Permits are now available at the Marina Operations Office. Please note that you must have a current insurance policy, valid registration documents, and an up-to-date account balance to receive new permits. Your monthly moorage or dry storage rate includes two parking permits per leased slip/space. To check your status for new permits, visit portofedmonds.gov/documentcheck/

Marina Operations: Some operational rates such as Travelift, boatyard, and launch fees have changed effective January 1, 2023.  Current Marina Operations rates are available on our website portofedmonds.gov/marina/rates/

Stay Informed: The winter season brings inclement weather, power outages, and other events limiting the Port’s operation. Our goal is to keep our customers informed and notified as quickly as possible. Please ensure a valid email address is on file to receive critical information. Our team recommends enrolling in the text notification program; this is the absolute fastest method to get news from the Port.
